Shipping Policy

Madras Sarees offers free shipping across India on all orders above ₹499, through our trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 5 PM are typically dispatched the same business day.

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transportation strikes. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Every order is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at madrassaree@gmail.com. Once a tampered package is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition.

🌍 International Shipping

Madras Sarees proudly ships worldwide, bringing our handcrafted sarees to customers across the globe.

International orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes in each country.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and total order weight. Please note that custom duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country regulations.

All international shipments are sent through trusted global courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Each order is carefully packed in secure tamper-proof packaging to protect your purchase in transit.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

For orders containing multiple items that need to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Madras Sarees. If there’s any issue, please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

• 📦 Unboxing Video: We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item has been delivered. Requests for return or exchange without a full unboxing video will not be accepted.
👗 Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
• 🕒 Return Window: Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• 🚫 Packaging Tampered: If packaging is tampered, refuse delivery and email madrassaree@gmail.com with your Order ID. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
• 🔍 Quality Check: Returned items undergo inspection before replacement or store credit is processed.
• 🔁 Replacement / Credit: We'll ship a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
• 🚚 Return Shipping: Reverse pickup is not available. Please self-ship via an economic courier. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed.
• 💥 Sale Products: Items bought during sale or special offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
