Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for defective products. You may request an exchange or refund within 3 working days from the delivery date for domestic orders. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges if more than 3 days have passed since receipt of your order.

Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 72002 68446 within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos or a video of the damaged product to qualify for an exchange or return. A replacement will be dispatched once we receive and verify the original damaged item.

Important Notes:

  • Madras Sarees is not responsible for any damage after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products purchased at SALE/DEAL prices are not eligible for exchanges.

Dispute Resolution:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. The decision made by Madras Sarees in such cases will be final and binding. This policy is governed by the Indian IT Act 2002, and you consent to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
