Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Madras Sarees.
If there’s any issue, please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

📦 Unboxing Video: Requests for return or exchange without a full unboxing video will not be accepted.

👗 Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.

🕒 Return Window: Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

🚫 Packaging Tampered: If packaging is tampered, please refuse delivery and email us at
madrassaree@gmail.com
with your Order ID. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

🔍 Quality Check: Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality inspection before processing replacement or store credit.

🔁 Replacement / Credit: We’ll ship the replacement product. If the same item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for your next purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping: Currently, reverse pickup service is not available. Please self-ship the product using an economic courier service. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed.

💥 Sale Products: Items purchased during sale or special offer periods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. The decision made by Madras Sarees in such cases will be final and binding.
This policy is governed by the Indian IT Act 2002. You consent to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
