Product Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are strictly eligible only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product, or
• Wrong item received

❗ No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.

Reporting Timeline (Mandatory)

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Communication must be sent only via email to: madrassareeother@gmail.com
• Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

• An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Replacement / Store Credit

• If the reported issue is found eligible and the product is available in stock, we will ship a fresh replacement.
• If the product is sold out at the time of reporting, a store credit will be issued instead.
• Refunds to original payment methods are not provided.

Reverse Shipping Policy

• Reverse pickup service is not available.
• Customers must ship the product back to the “From Address” mentioned on the parcel.
• To be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement, customers must use the cheapest available shipping service and share the receipt.
• Shipping reimbursement will be processed only after verification.

Important Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Products returned without approval, used, or washed will not be accepted.
• Returns without the mandatory unboxing video will be rejected.

Sale Items – No Return / No Exchange

Products purchased during sales, discounts, offers, or special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes related to returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please contact us at madrassareeother@gmail.com . The decision taken by Madras Sarees shall be final and binding.

This policy is governed by the laws of India (Indian IT Act, 2002). By placing an order with us, you consent to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
