Refund & Exchange Policy

Acceptance of Exchange: Exchange is restricted to scenarios of a defect in the product.

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of product defects. You can request an exchange or refund within 3 working days from the date of delivery for both domestic and international orders. Unfortunately, if 3 days have passed since receipt of your order, we cannot offer an exchange.

In the event that a product is missed during delivery, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after completing our investigation with the shipping office.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 72002 68446 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo/video of the damaged product along with the tags to be eligible for an exchange or return. We will dispatch the replacement product after receiving and accepting the original damaged item.

Important note:
⁠ ⁠Madras Sarees is not responsible for any damage occurring after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
⁠ ⁠Products purchased at SALE/DEAL prices are not eligible for exchanges.

Dispute Resolution:
For any disputes regarding cancellations or returns under this policy, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 72002 68446. Please note that the decision made by Madras Sarees in such cases will be final and binding. This policy is governed by the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002), and you consent to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
