At Madras Sarees, every saree is crafted and packed with utmost care. We strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Refunds are applicable only in cases where a replacement or exchange cannot be provided, for example when a product is out of stock.

To be eligible for a refund

  • Quality Check: Refunds will be processed only after our quality check and verification.
  • Refund Method: The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 4–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note

  • Sale Items: Products bought during sales, discounts, or special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Condition Required: Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used, washed, or returned without approval or without an unboxing video.
