Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 72002 68446 within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, kindly share an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product. A replacement will be sent after we receive and verify the returned item.

Please note, we will not be able to process exchanges if more than 48 hours have passed since the delivery of your order.

Important Notes:

  • Madras Sarees is not responsible for any damage after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products purchased at SALE/DEAL prices are not eligible for exchanges.

Dispute Resolution:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. The decision made by Madras Sarees in such cases will be final and binding. This policy is governed by the Indian IT Act 2002, and you consent to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
